Tracking software should be implemented within hearing screening programs in order to assure early intervention. Overall quality measures of a screening program strongly depend on the effectiveness of tracking.

In 2008, PATH medical purchase all IP for the tracking solution introduced by Nenaserv, Ltd. Since then, PATH is enabled to offer proven solutions in hearing screening tracking. A small, but important part of this solution is the unique Screening ID for newborn screening which is now used nearly all over Germany. Regional adaptions and modifications for the international use of UNHS programs are supported by PATH medical.

Since 2009, PATH medical focuses on tracking for hearing screening while Nenaserv Ltd. was given the exclusive license for use tracking in metabolic screening in Germany.
