Firmware is to be uploaded to the devices via MIRA PC Software. Mira is available for this purpose for FREE. You do not need to purchase the SW-COM Module for your device in order to update! You can find MIRA and the latest Firmware in the download area.

The SW COM Module is needed if you want to transfer data from your device to the PC and to transfer patient details to your device from your PC. Besides that, reporting and other features are enabled with SW COM module.
