Tympanometry
Core protocol
Reliable protocol execution designed for repeatable assessments.
Give the SENTIERO ADVANCED you already own a new capability.
The Tymp add-on (TY-MA) is a probe module that clips onto a SENTIERO ADVANCED and adds tympanometry to a test battery that previously covered ABR, ASSR and OAE. There's no separate screen or software to learn — results appear directly on the SENTIERO ADVANCED's display, using the same workflow clinicians already know. Available in Class 1 or Class 2 configurations, it turns one handheld device into a wider tool without asking a clinic to budget for a second instrument.
TY-MA is designed to expand the diagnostic capabilities of SENTIERO ADVANCED system by adding professional tympanometry and middle ear analysis. The compact add-on module integrates seamlessly with existing workflows while maintaining the portability of the SENTIERO ADVANCED platform.
Supporting tympanometry, acoustic reflex testing, and optional Eustachian tube function measurements, TY-MA provides clinicians with valuable insights into middle ear function for both screening and diagnostic applications. Because the module shares the host device's air-pressure generation and display, setup is largely mechanical — attach the probe, and tympanometry appears as another option in the same menu clinicians already navigate for ABR, ASSR and OAE testing.
There's no second patient database, no second report format to reconcile. Two configurations cover different clinical needs: a Class 1 module for full diagnostic-grade tympanometry, and a Class 2 module for teams whose testing requirements are lighter.
Because TY-MA runs through the SENTIERO ADVANCED's own screen and menu structure, staff who already know how to run an ABR or OAE test aren't starting from zero. Tympanometry sits alongside those protocols as one more option, not a separate program with its own logins and layout.
Start with the SENTIERO ADVANCED platform already in use and add tympanometry whenever clinical requirements grow. TY-MA ships as either a Class 1 module, built for full diagnostic tympanometry, or a Class 2 module for teams running lighter screening protocols — so the upgrade fits the workload rather than over-provisioning it.
