SENTIERO

// ADVANCED

Comprehensive audiological diagnostics in one handheld platform.

SENTIERO ADVANCED combines ABR, ASSR, eABR, eCochG, OAE, air, bone and speech audiometry in a modular handheld device; tympanometry is available with the compatible Tymp add-on. Spread Spectrum (Sp2) technology helps manage electrical interference during ABR recordings. Compact and NOAH compatible, the device supports screening and diagnostic workflows according to its configured modules.

Overview

Screening, reconfirmation, and diagnostics- all in one device.

SENTIERO ADVANCED isn’t a simple screener- it’s a complete diagnostic pathway. From preterm and at-risk newborns through full adult audiometric workups, the same handheld instrument covers ABR Quick screening, ASSR threshold estimation, DPOAE and TEOAE, and full 2-channel diagnostic audiometry, all guided through a 3.5\” color touch screen with on-device QWERTY entry.

Auditory evoked potentials are small signals that can be affected by electrical interference from the testing environment. SENTIERO ADVANCED uses Spread Spectrum (Sp2) technology to help manage interference during ABR recordings; recording quality still depends on the measurement conditions.

OAE testing goes further with patented FMDPOAE® (frequency- modulated DPOAE) and multichannel, dual-probe measurement-mapping the cochlea on both ears at once. Every result, from ABR to audiometry, is stored on-device and exportable via MIRA PC software or direct to PATHTRACK, keeping your data connected from beside to tracking center.
