Audiometry
Pure Tone Audiometry
Air and bone conduction testing across 125 Hz to 8 kHz, with stimulus levels from -10 to 110 dB HL in 5 dB steps.
Swap transducers without losing a step to recalibration.
SENTI DESKTOP FLEX is a portable, battery-powered audiometer built around one simple idea: calibration should live on the transducer, not the device. Swap a headphone or bone conductor for another and the system just knows — no recalibration, no downtime. Available in a screening configuration (air conduction, Class 4A) or a full diagnostic configuration (air and bone conduction, Class 3), it covers pure tone audiometry, speech testing, and hearing aid fitting from a single color touch-screen unit.
SENTI DESKTOP FLEX stores calibration data on the transducer itself, so exchanging one for another is just a cable swap. A clinic running multiple transducer types, or one that needs a spare on hand for uptime, doesn't lose testing time to it.
The system covers pure tone air and bone conduction, speech audiometry, and hearing aid fitting across a 12-point frequency range from 125 Hz to 8 kHz, with stimulus levels from -10 to 110 dB HL in 5 dB steps. Choose the Class 4A screening configuration for air-only testing, or the Class 3 diagnostic configuration with bone conduction and a patient response button included.
Optional upgrade modules extend the same platform further — MAGIC turns pure-tone testing into an image-based test for children, and automated Békésy and Hughson-Westlake procedures reduce how much an operator has to run by hand. Every result is NOAH compatible, so nothing needs re-entering into the record system a practice already uses.
Every headphone and bone conductor carries its own calibration data. Plug in a replacement and SENTI DESKTOP FLEX reads it automatically — no manual recalibration step, no waiting on a technician before a clinic can get back to testing.
Start with the Class 4A screening configuration for straightforward air-conduction testing, or step up to the Class 3 diagnostic configuration with bone conduction and a patient response button included. Optional MAGIC and automated Békésy/Hughson-Westlake modules extend the same platform as clinical needs grow.
